After filling out the form, you may submit another one for another dancer. AFTER your form is completed, please make sure to click on the payment link below or send a check to SBCDS at the address below.
If you are unable to fill out an online registration form, you can download and print this PDF Registration Form and mail it with a check.
Cost: $195 regular adult payment. $95 for under 35 or Free for 5 hours of work-trade. Free if under 18. Half-off work trade opportunities for regular payments (upon approval). There will be a small fee for any Paypal/Credit Card payments paid online.

Includes: Friday evening through Sunday evening, delicious lunches, and an ongoing snack table with lots of goodies throughout the weekend.
All cancellations subject to a $20 administrative fee. If you cancel after September 10, refund is contingent on us locating a replacement. Registration is nontransferable. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
A limited number of half-off work scholarships are available (50% refund at the end of camp). If you have been pre-approved for a work-trade, you only have to pay $97.50.
The Sunday night dance is included, and is also open to non-Harvest Moon participants for a $25 fee, paid at the door.
